Shipping Policy

General

All bouquets are shipped and delivered by FedEx. They are not hand delivered like flowers from your local florist.

Packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.

The shipping address cannot be changed once the item has been shipped.

Orders shipped by "end of day" may arrive as late as 11pm on the estimated delivery day.

Shipping delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The day your order is shipped does not count as a full business day, and weekends do not count as full business days.

APO/FPO (Armed Forces Address) orders are shipped via USPS and may take up to 14 days to arrive.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

In your order confirmation email, you will receive an "estimated delivery date". Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Sometimes our system does not take into account the following factors when calculating this estimated delivery date:

Cutoff time is 2pm Pacific Time

The day of the week you place your order: All packages are shipped Monday through Friday, unless it is a holiday.

The day a package is shipped does not count as a day "in transit".

Please use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment for a more accurate estimate.

Shipping Services:

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time 4-6 business days

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 2 business days

Urgent Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1 business day

Buy now, ship later. Allow at least 3 days for delivery. Deliveries are Monday-Friday only.

Shipping to Businesses

Depending on the size of the business, packages will be delivered to the reception desk, mailroom, or a person/office designated to receive mail, rather than delivered in person to the recipient.

Packages are typically delivered to business addresses during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Packages cannot be scheduled for a specific time.

Some businesses may take up to 24 hours or longer to distribute mail internally, so if you need gifts to be delivered to the recipient on a certain day, we recommend that you notify the business of the incoming shipment and request that they distribute it immediately.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States. If you would like to ship to other regions or countries, please subscribe to our newsletter and we will notify you when our products are available in other regions.
